Pickles Seeking Host Families
May 8, 2018 - West Coast League (WCL)
Portland Pickles News Release
The Portland Pickles are still in need of host families to welcome players into their homes for the short summer season. Players come from all across the country, and the Pickles need local families to give them a home away from home during their stay in Portland. To become eligible to host, you must be able to provide players with a bedroom, as well as access to a bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area. To thank them for their help, host families will receive 2 tickets to every Pickles home game for the 2018 season. In addition, the Pickles will have a barbeque get-together for all host families, at a date to be announced later in the season.
Patti, who has hosted a player every year since the team began, loves having a Portland Pickle in the house, and had some kind words to say about her experience."This will be our 3rd year hosting and what a great experience for our entire family. The relationships we've made with these players will honestly last a lifetime! Go Pickles!"

If you or someone you know would be interested in hosting a player this season, please email ngreco@portlandpicklesbaseball.com or call 503-775-3080 and ask for Nicole.
