Phoenix Opens Fourth ECHL Season Oct. 17 vs. Victoria

PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the San Jose Sharks and the Worcester Sharks, announced today that auditions for the 2008-09 "Puck Patrol" will take place from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sep. 9 in the Casino Arizona Pavilion at US Airways Center.
The "Puck Patrol" is the RoadRunners' in-game entertainment squad and performs at all 36 home games and at various team appearances.

Applicants must be at least 18-years-old, but no previous experience is necessary.
Phoenix will play a two-game pre-season series against the Florida Everblades Oct. 10-11 at Germain Arena in Estero, Fla.
The RoadRunners open their fourth ECHL season Oct. 17 when they welcome the Victoria Salmon Kings to US Airways Center for a three-game Opening Weekend series.
