Philadelphia's rating for AFL on NBC up 132 percent from 2003

NEW YORK – The Philadelphia rating for Week 1 of the "AFL on NBC" was up 132 percent vs. the Week 1 rating in 2003.

Philadelphia received the Philadelphia Soul-New Orleans VooDoo game and registered a 2004 Week 1 rating of 5.8, up 132 percent from the 2.5 rating posted for the first week of the 2003 season.

The "AFL on NBC" received an all-time high 2.5 national overnight rating in Week 1, up 14 percent from the 2.2 overnight rating for the first week of 2003.

NBC's coverage of the "AFL on NBC" continues this weekend on Saturday, February 14 at 3 p.m. ET following the NASCAR Busch series Hershey's Kisses 300 from Daytona. Week 2 regional games are Chicago at New York; Indiana at New Orleans; and Los Angeles at Las Vegas.
