Penguins Announce 2014 Training Camp Roster

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins today announced their 2014 Training Camp Roster. Twenty-four players will begin on-ice sessions with an open practice at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Toyota SportsPlex. The first practice of the new season for the Penguins and all practices at the Toyota SportsPlex during training camp will be free and open to the public.
The Penguins training camp roster consists of 14 forwards, seven defensemen and three goaltenders:
Forwards (14) - Josh Archibald, Jean-Sebastien Dea, Nick Drazenovic, Tom Kostopoulos, Tom Kuhnhackl, Matia Marcantuoni, Patrick McGrath, Tyler Murovich, Adam Payerl, Carter Rowney, Bryan Rust, Conor Sheary, Scott Wilson and Anton Zlobin
Defensemen (7) - Alex Boak, Nick D'Agostino, Barry Goers, Jonathan Narbonne, Harrison Ruopp, Kevin Ryan and Clark Seymour
Goaltenders (3) - Eric Hartzell, Matt Murray and Nolan Schaefer
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins take the ice for their first preseason game when they host the Utica Comets on Wednesday, October 1 at 7:05 p.m and will also battle the Hershey Bears on home on Saturday, October 4 at 7:05 p.m.
Individual tickets for all Penguins home games are on sale now and can be purchased at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com, through any Ticketmaster outlet, or by calling 800-745-3000.
