
Penguins Announce 2003 Preseason Schedule

WILKES-BARRE, PA. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will open their four-game preseason schedule at home when they host the Syracuse Crunch on Saturday, September 27 at 7:05 p.m. at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.
The Penguins will be up bright and early on Wednesday, October 1 as they travel to Syracuse for an 11 a.m. face-off against the Crunch at the War Memorial at Oncenter.
The following weekend, the Penguins will conclude their brief four-game preseason schedule with two games against the Hershey Bears. The Penguins will host Hershey on Friday, October 3 at 7:05 p.m. and then close out the preseason slate against the Bears on Saturday, Oct. 4 at Hershey's Giant Center (7 p.m. start).
Individual game ticket information for preseason and regular season games will be announced at a later date. However, season tickets will be available to the general public for purchase beginning Monday, August 18.
The Penguins offer full season, 22-game, 12-game and 10 ticket flex book packages. Interested fans can contact the Penguins by visiting the team store in the Arena Hub Plaza or by calling 208 PENS (7367).
The Penguins will open their fifth American Hockey League season on Wednesday, October 8 against the Norfolk Admirals at 7:05 p.m. at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.
