Peanuts Individual Game Tickets On Sale Thursday

The South Georgia Peanuts Professional Baseball Club, presented by Security Bank, will be putting individual game tickets on sale later this week. Fans will first be able to purchase tickets through the team's website at www.southgeorgiapeanuts.com beginning tomorrow (Thursday). On Monday, tickets will become available at the Peanuts' offices or by calling (229) 435-8900.

"We are very pleased with the sale of season tickets and our ten-game ticket books so far and now we are very happy to offer the single game ticket option," Peanuts GM Keith Michlig said. "There are a lot of fans that have already circled certain dates on their calendar for wanting to come out to the ballpark and now they can have tickets for those games in hand."

Single game tickets will still be very affordable. General admission tickets will be $4, reserved tickets will be $5 and box seats will be $6.

Season tickets and the ten-game ticket books are still available by calling or stopping by the Peanuts' offices. Season tickets prices begin at $180 while the ten-game ticket books are $35.

Peanuts spring training is underway as the team is getting prepared for the 2007 inaugural season. All home games will be played at the Paul Eames Sports Complex. Peanuts tickets are currently on sale by contacting the team office at (229) 435-8900! The Peanuts home opener is scheduled for May 24 against the Charlotte County Redfish.
