Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pat are proud to announce the acquisition of 20 year old Centre, Colin Reddin from the Prince Albert Raiders in exchange for a conditional 2012 6th round WHL Bantam Draft Pick.

Reddin split time between the Portland Winterhawks and the Prince Albert Raiders in 2009-10 playing in 68 games, scoring 10 times and picking up 13 assists. The native of Corona Del Mar, California is entering his 4th season with in the Western Hockey League after beginning his junior career with the U.S. National Under 18 Team.

Regina Pats General Manager Chad Lang, "We're excited to add Colin to our line-up. He is a skilled centerman that skates very well. We feel his experience and offense ability will help provide the depth we are seeking down the middle."

Reddin joins forward Cass Mappin as the only two 20 year olds currently on the Pats roster, one less than the league maximum of 3.

Training Camp 2010 will culminate tonight with the annual Prairie Mobile Communications "Blue and White" at the Co-Operators Centre. It's a 7pm puck drop and is $5 at the door to get in.
