Patroons continue adding to roster

Albany, NY - November 10, 2006 - The Patroons most recent CBA transactions include the signing of Albany native, Lucious Jordan and Sheldon Bailey of Fayetteville, NC. Jordan, a local all-state and all-area honors basketball player from Colonie High School, attended Loyola College for two years, where he was chosen to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team. Jordan, a 6'2", G, led Loyola in scoring with a 13.2 average his sophomore year and then transferred to the University of Albany. Last March Jordan helped Albany to their best season in DI history and to reach their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament, where he contributed 12 pts against UConn.

Bailey,a 6'6", F , attended both Florida International and Winthrop University. Bailey went on to play in the USBL in 2006 with the Brooklyn Kings, averaging 12 points and 13 rebounds per game. Sheldon Bailey also played for team ADN (GLL-Ecuador) in 2006, where he averaged 31 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and two steals per game.
