FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Tang Hamilton led all scorers with 25 points and helped the Patriots fly past the Altitude, 89-82, in front of a Fayetteville franchise record crowd of 5,533 on Saturday night. Fayetteville celebrated back-to-back victories against Asheville with the win tonight and got their 11th win of the season.

To compliment Hamilton's 25 points, Ousmane Cisse had one of the games two double-doubles with 15 points and 15 rebounds. Omar Cook had the other double-double with 11 points and 12 assists.

The Patriots started the night out strong and jumped ahead of the Altitude 21-17 in the first half, but Asheville came back and cut the lead to one point at the half, 38-37. Behind Lenny Stokes 18 points, the Altitude took a 14-point lead in the third quarter.

It was Kid's Night at the game, and the Patriots didn't want to let their record crowd down. Outscoring the Altitude 29-13, Fayetteville ran away with the seven point victory.

David Young and Mike King also scored in double-figures for the Patriots, with 11 points each. Ron Slay was the only other Altitude player besides Stokes with double-figures. He had 10 points.
