Patriotic theme to highlight Maulers upcoming home game

The Montgomery Maulers' uniforms are red, white and blue... and those colors will be in full force on Saturday, June 4 when the indoor football team hosts "Military Appreciation Night" at Garrett Coliseum. The Maulers will battle the Lakeland Thunderbolts at 7:30pm CT while the entire evening of entertainment will be wrapped with signs of patriotism and military pride. The gates will open at 6:30pm CT.
As the presenting sponsor, the U.S. Marines will participate in many of the festivities including the pre-game ceremonies and the delivery of the game ball which will include Marines descending down from the rafters. Halftime events include an enlistment ceremony, live performance of patriotic songs, a giant American flag display and more.
The first 2,000 fans attending the event will receive a miniature American flag, while the first 3,000 fans will also receive a pair of Thunder Sticks. One lucky fan will also get a chance to win $10,000 by tossing a football through a target.
