
P-Bruins fall to Philadelphia

The Providence Bruins wrapped up a three-game weekend on the road on Sunday evening in Philadelphia, as they fell, 1-0 to the Phantoms. The Bruins are now 7-6-3-0 on the season, putting them in third place in the Atlantic Division.
Bruin goaltender Hannu Toivonen stopped 23 shots and is 4-3-1 on the season. Left wing Ivan Huml was stopped on his first career penalty shot attempt by Phantoms goaltender Antero Niittymaki at 5:24 of the second period.
The Bruins return home to host Hartford on Friday, November 21 at 7:05 p.m.
The Bruins' wives and girlfriends will continue their Thanksgiving Food Drive at the next two home games. They will collect non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. The Food Drive continues on Friday, November 21 and Wednesday, November 26. Fans can donate food in the Dunkin' Donuts Center box office lobby from 5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
