
Over 250 Team Representatives Attend ECHL Meetings Presented by Fevo

PRINCETON, N.J. - Over 250 attendees from 27 ECHL teams, including several owners, presidents and general managers, as well as representatives from teams in the American Hockey League, Southern Professional Hockey League, United States Hockey League and National Women's Hockey League, participated in the 2018 ECHL Hockey Summer Meetings presented by Fevo at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 20-22, 2018.
ECHL Commissioner Brian McKenna provided his annual "State of the ECHL" address while the League's Chief Operating Officer Ryan Crelin kicked off the event with his "What's your Story?" presentation. Keynote speaker Steve Chapman, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of the National Hockey League's St. Louis Blues, presented to the attendees on how the ECHL shaped his career and grew his success.
Diana Driscoll of the NHL Network spoke to the attendees on opportunities available to ECHL teams on the network while Ryan Halkett of Lagardere Sports presented on elevating the game day experience. A number of breakout sessions were led by other industry professionals including:

The Meetings also featured a variety of ECHL Team speakers and presenters preparing for the 2018-19 season.
For the 14th year in a row, AMI Graphics, the "Exclusive Signage Company of the ECHL", awarded a complete set of dasher board and under-ice graphics to an attending team, which was won by the Wichita Thunder for the 2018-19 season.

Media Relations Director of the Year - Joe Roberts, Kalamazoo Wings
Game Operations - Indy Fuel

Social Media - Indy Fuel
Overall Award of Excellence - Toledo Walleye
The annual Welcome Reception and Vendors' Showcase presented by CCM, which highlighted over 30 companies, provided an opportunity for teams to view products from League vendors and licensees. Timeout Pros and Ticket Galaxy sponsored lunch during the event for attendees.
The week also included the 7th annual ECHL Career Fair, presented by TeamWork Online. Nearly 40 candidates from across the country - along with 14 ECHL teams, the American Hockey League's Bakersfield Condors and Accelerated Sports Career Academy, attended the fair with multiple candidates receiving job offers on site.
