(Peterborough, ON) - On Thursday, December 7, the Peterborough Petes hosted the Brantford Bulldogs at the PMC for the annual Teddy Bear Toss Night. The Bulldogs won the game by a score of 4-2.
After Donovan McCoy's first period goal, donations from the sold-out PMC crowd of 3,731 flooded the ice. In total, over 1,800 donations were collected for the Move 99.7 and Pure Country 105 Christmas Toy Drive, in support of the Salvation Army's Annual Christmas Appeal.
Ryder McIntyre scored his first goal as a Pete, while Owen Beck led the way with two assists. Donovan McCoy scored, as Chase Lefebvre and Cam Gauvreau each picked up an assist. Liam Sztuska stopped 28/31 in the loss.

The Petes are back in action on Friday, October 20 when they travel to Nation's Capital to take on the Ottawa 67's. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at TD Place. Fans can catch the game at the official Road Game Watch Party at Shoeless Joe's Peterborough. The game will also be broadcasted on YourTV Peterborough and Freq 90.5.
