Outlaws sign Rocky Receiver

Billings Outlaws News Release

The Billings Outlaws have signed Rocky Wide Receiver B.J. Charlton. This past season Charlton was named All-American by NAIAfootball.net. He led the Frontier Conference in pass receptions as both a junior and a senior. This season, he caught 73 passes for 725 yards and 6 touchdowns for the Bears.
