OurSports Central Names UFL Players of the Week

Las Vegas Locomotives quarterback Chase Clement, Las Vegas linebacker Edgerton Hartwell and Locomotives defensive tackle Alfred Malone were named the OurSports Central United Football League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively, for the championship game of the 2010 UFL season.
Clement finished 16 of 25 for 237 yards, two touchdown passes one interception and had five carries for 30 yards in the Locomotives' 23-20 victory over the Florida Tuskers. Clement played college football at Rice.
Hartwell totalled 8.5 total tackles and one pass breakup. Hartwell played four seasons in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens from 2001 to 2004 and played with the Atlanta Falcons in the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
Malone blocked the potential game-tying 45-yard field goal attempt by Tuskers kicker Nick Novak at the end of the game. Malone played in the NFL with the Houston Texans in 2005 and 2006. He also played with the Green Bay Packers in the 2007 and 2008 seasons.
