Game Notes:

67's looking for payback

The last time the Sudbury Wolves left 1015 Bank St. they has just completed a 4-game sweep of the 67's in the first round of last season's playoffs. The sting of that defeat led to the acquisition of some key players on defence (Cajkovsky and Broussard) in the offseason and served as motivation for returning veterans as they set-out to redeem themselves. Today's team is bigger, stronger and faster than last year's, and they'll be out to prove it to the Wolves on Friday

Scoring Title up for grabs

Heading into Friday's game the 67's Tyler Toffoli sits 2 points back from Sudbury's Michael Sgarbossa who leads the league with 98 points. Toffoli in addition to looking for back to back scoring titles will also be looking for his 50th goal of the season in the last home game of the regular season

Local Boys return home

3 Ottawa born players for Sudbury will have a good contingent of friends and family in attendance on Friday night. Former 67 Ryan Hanes is from Kanata, Nathan Pancel calls Orleans home and first round OHL pick Nick Baptiste will be playing his first hometown OHL game.

Million Dollar Shoot-out Presented by Mortgage Brokers Ottawa

Somebody will have the chance to take home a million dollars on Friday thanks to our friends at Mortgage Brokers Ottawa. The participant will not only have to make some tough shots they will have to do it in front of what is expected to be one of the biggest crowds of the year with only single tickets left in the black section and limited availability in the red section. The million dollar shoot-out will take place during the 2nd intermission.
