
Orlando City SC Receives Ian Christianson on Loan from Red Bulls

ORLANDO - July 25, 2014 - Orlando City Soccer Club announced today that the Club will receive New York Red Bulls Midfielder Ian Christianson on loan for the remainder of the 2014 season. The MLS side can recall Christianson at any point during the loan period.
The midfielder was drafted by the Red Bulls with the 22nd overall pick in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft. Christianson made 78 appearances (77 starts) during his four years at Georgetown, scoring 14 goals and adding 10 assists.
Now in his second year with the Red Bulls, Christianson has yet to make a first team appearance. The Georgetown product made four reserve league appearances in 2013 and appeared as a second-half substitute in a friendly against Olympique Lyonnais.
