December 14, 2023 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Orange County SC News Release
Orange County SC is pleased to announce forwards Thomas Amang and Bryce Jamison, as well as midfielder Brian Iloski, will be returning to The Champ for the 2024 season. These three players held key roles in the OCSC attack last season and will look to build on their performances heading into 2024.
Thomas Amang had his contract option exercised and will don Black and Orange once more in 2024. The Cameroonian international made 29 appearances in all competitions last season and started in 16 of those matches. He ranked second in the majority of offensive statistics last season, including shots (31), shots on goal (18), goals (10), and minutes per goal (162.7). Amang also chipped in four assists, trailing only midfielder Kyle Scott in that category.
Fresh off his first full season with OCSC, Bryce Jamison returns under a previous contract for 2024. He scored two goals and provided two assists for the senior team in 2023. During the 2023 season, Jamison received three United States Youth National Team call ups, including the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia. The Atlanta, GA native made an appearance in all four of the USYNT's matches. Jamison also led OCSC II to a runner-up finish at the USL Academy League Finals, where he won a share of the Golden Boot and scored the fastest hat trick in Academy League Finals history (17 minutes vs. Ironbound SC, Academy League Finals First Round).
Brian Iloski returns for his fifth season in Black and Orange, joining Seth Casiple as the joint longest tenured players at OCSC. The Escondido, CA native has made 96 appearances for OCSC across all competitions, second only to former captain Michael Orzoco (112) for the most appearances in club history. The elder Iloski brother scored two goals last season, both of which were nominated for the USL-C Goal of the Week, and contributed four assists, tied for second on the team.
