Orange County Buzz to play Talons in preseason games

Orange County, CA. The ABA Orange County Buzz will play host to the Gallup Talons in two pre-season exhibition games this Friday and Saturday, October 28th and 29th at the Veterans Sports Complex located at 22400 Moneta Avenue, Carson, CA 90745. Gametime will be 1pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday. Both games will be open to the public; there will be no admission charge. The Buzz are inviting all of their fans out to get a first hand look at the team and to meet the players. Veterans Sports Complext is the official practice and training facility for the team; it is a mini-arena with 1200 seats, a pro sized floor, state of the art weight room, locker rooms and parking.
"We are looking forward to playing the Talons. When they called and said they would like to come over to play, I didn't have to think twice. This is a chance to see where my players are and what we need to work on," Buzz GM/Head Coach Burrel Lee stated. "Buzz fans will have the chance to come and get a pre-season look see at what the 2005-2006 Orange County Buzz will bring."
The Buzz, with 7'3" Keith Closs, 6'11" Sonny Watson, 6'4" Eric Holmes, aka Spinmaster from the AND1 Mix Tape Tour and many others that are on the roster, have been working hard for the past few days going twice a day to get ready. "Me personally, I can't wait to get on the court and play against someone other than my own teammates," said Closs.
