Open tryouts set for this weekend

LAKELAND, Fla. â The National Indoor Football League's Florida expansion franchises will be hosting open tryouts on Sunday, October 17th at Lake Parker Park in Lakeland, FL.
Beginning at 8:00am, participants will be evaluated on a variety of skills and physical standards by coaches and staff from teams located in Lakeland, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, FL. The tryouts are open to the public and fans are encouraged to attend.
"Everyone is invited," said CSM President, Tony Pewonski. "Come down and see what this is all about. These will be the same guys you'll see in the arenas. There's a ton of football talent in the state of Florida
Interested players should pre-register for either the 8:00AM morning session or the 1:00PM afternoon session by calling CSM's offices toll-free at 1-866-671-0111 or by visiting the website at www.centurionsportsmanagement.com. Cost to participate is $40 (cash or money orders only) and all players will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Participants are asked to bring appropriate footwear, all other equipment will be provided.
