January 5, 2010 (COLUMBUS)- The Columbus Lions have announced that they have cancelled their open tryout scheduled for this Saturday January 9, 2010 in Orlando, FL.
Orlando Venues management have told the Lions that Thunder Field, located outside of the Citrus Bowl, has received significant damage from the Bowl Games played over the past couple of weeks.
For those players that were planning on attending the open tryout, a final tryout date is being reviewed, and they should contact the Lions office immediately at 706-322-3336 or by email at jeff@columbuslions.net to discuss alternate arrangements.
