
Open House Day At Saputo Stadium

MONTREAL - More than 5,000 people have visited Saputo Stadium, Sunday, during the Metro Open House Day. Soccer fans assisted to a celebrity All-Star game that ended 5-4, in penalty kicks.
On the winning team side, Canadiens player Alex Kovalev stood out with two goals and one assist, while Impact head coach Nick De Santis tallied one goal and two assists. On the opponent's side, Team Canada hockey goalkeeper Kim St-Pierre scored two goals and added one assist.
"This was an incredible day and I would like to thank all fans that came to visit the new stadium," said Executive Vice President of the Montreal Impact and the Saputo Stadium Richard Legendre. "Saputo Stadium is from now on the true home of soccer in Quebec."
