Omaha Vipers Announce Home Opener

(Omaha) - The Omaha Vipers will host the Kansas City Comets in their inaugural season home opener on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 3pm. A variety of pre-game activities are being planned including opening the field for youth players earlier in the day. A full schedule of events will be released very soon. The full schedule of games is expected by next week.
The Omaha Vipers are the MISL's newest franchise and will play at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. Season tickets are now on-sale at 402.932.3335 or on-line at www.omahavipers.com . The 12 game package can be purchased for $96 up to $216. A twenty-five dollar deposit (per ticket) will hold your tickets until November 1st.
The MISL represents the Major League of professional indoor soccer in the United States and Mexico and features the finest indoor soccer players from around the world. The league currently has seven member clubs for the 2010-11 season: the Baltimore Blast, La RaZa de Monterrey, Milwaukee Wave, Missouri Comets, Philadelphia KiXX, Rockford Rampage and the newest MISL club in Omaha. The upcoming 2010-11 regular season will begin in mid-November and will end in late March. The postseason will begin at the end of March and conclude in the beginning of April.
