Belleville, ON - A pair of goals by Sondre Olden and 41 saves from Ramis Sadikov gave the Erie Otters a 4-1 win over the Belleville Bulls Monday afternoon.

Olden put the Otters on the board 8:09 into the game with his eighth goal of the season. Olden backhanded a rebound from a Nathan Glass shot to put the Otters in front.

Connor Brown scored 46 seconds later as he took a great cross-ice flip from Dane Fox and broke in on Malcolm Subban, potting home his 20th goal of the season through the blocker side.

Kris Grant then collected his first goal since December 10, 2010 - a span of 66 games - as he fired a shot from the left circle to make it 3-0 midway through the first.

Olden added his second of the game late in the second as he blew past the Belleville defense for a loose puck and deposited a backhander through the wickets of Subban to give the Otters a 4-0 lead after 40 minutes.

Jake Worrad ended the shutout bid of Sadikov with just over three minutes remaining, spoiling an otherwise terrific afternoon for the Otters.

The Otters have won their last three games at Yardmen Arena with a combined score of 16-2.

The Otters return to Tullio Arena Friday night at 7:00 p.m. as they host the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds. For tickets, call 814-452-4857 or go to ottershockey.com.
