
Obispo Returns To Blue Wahoos

Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
RHP Wirfin Obispo has rejoined the Blue Wahoos from Triple-A Louisville. The right-hander spent seven games with Pensacola in late April and early May this season. He had a 1-0 record with a 1.54 ERA in 11.2 innings at Double-A before his promotion. He also held Southern League opponents to a .184 average. Obispo, was 0-1 with a 6.04 ERA in 10 games including three starts for the Bats.
To make room for Obispo, LHP Clayton Tanner has been unconditionally released.
