
Oakland Roots SC Announces Renewed Brand Partnership with Oakland International Airport

Oakland, CA - Oakland International Airport and Oakland Roots Sports Club announced the renewal of their advertising agreement with Oakland International Airport for the 2024 season designating OAK as the Official Airport of Oakland's professional soccer team for a second year.
The agreement features OAK airport advertising delivered in-stadium and digitally. A highlight of the partnership is the airport's iconic "I FLY OAK" logo on the sleeve of all Oakland Roots SC 2024 USL Championship Jerseys which will be unveiled in February.
"The Oakland International Airport plays a vital role in our community," said Oakland Roots VP of Brand Partnerships, Andrea Lepore. "With their domestic and international flights bringing our residents and team to destinations around the globe, and visitors to Oakland for business and pleasure, we are proud to showcase I FLY OAK again on our jerseys."
Operated by the Port of Oakland, Oakland International Airport is the San Francisco Bay Area's centrally located airport located closest to most employers and most of the local population that includes the growing audience of Oakland Roots and Oakland Soul fans. OAK seeks to create and maintain a world-class travel experience to become the top choice for sports fans, leisure, and business travelers alike.
