
NWSL Issues Fine to Washington Spirit Head Coach Kris Ward

CHICAGO - The National Women's Soccer League announced today it has issued a fine to Washington Spirit head coach Kris Ward for approaching the officials after the Spirit's July 3 match against San Diego Wave FC, in violation of Section 12.3.5 "Approaching Officials" of the League Operations Manual.
