Noise holds second tryout camp
July 14, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Knoxville Noise News Release
The Knoxville Noise will be holding their 2nd team tryouts July 28th and July 29th at the UT Hyper Gym on the University of Tennessee's campus. The tryout will run from 6:00PM to 9PM on Friday the 28th and continues on Saturday the 29th beginning at 11:00 AM and will close at 5:00 PM. The cost is $100 per person-cash only. The Noise is looking for quality players that are committed to playing fast paced basketball at a professional level.
The previous tryout in May was very successful; but we know that there are still some great players who missed the first tryout session or were not at their best in May. This tryout provides another opportunity for players to demonstrate their capabilities and to get another look at the Noise. The Knoxville Noise will be one of the Premier Teams of the ABA. So if you want to play for a great team with continuous coverage from the media, we promise you a lot of fun and exposure.
Players that participated in the first tryout are encouraged to come and work out again at no charge. The tryout is open to all players age 21 and up. The public is invited to come watch the tryouts. Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
