(May 30th)- The New Jersey Revolution added another strong win to improve to 3-2 at home this season as they shackled the Lehigh Valley Outlawz 31-30 at Trendmotors field, Mennen Arena this past friday May 30th. The fans were well entertained by an action packed game, the Rev It Up Girls dance team, F2K Entertainment DJ's and free giveaways all night long included t shirts, liquid lightning energy drink and a chance to win a Best Buy gift card and Barnes and Noble Gift card.
The Revs played outstandingly on offense and defense as QB Kevin Hanratty added two late 4th qtr scores to propel the Revs to another home victory. Collis Martin, Elliot White, Chris Drayton, Herman Barlow were used to his strong advantage. Upfront the Offensive line was led by Isaac Brockman, LLoyd Brooks and Chris Drayton. The offense is led by Asst Head Coach Al Forsythe. Defensively the Revs Mike Pielech, Mike Grasso, Sharik Carter and Ray Simmons provided a solid front as Gabe Robinson, Steve Hatfield, Yari Kozlowski, and James Degroot easily handled the linebacking and secondary posts. Dan Clark led all special teams as he added 4 impressive tackles to keep the Lehigh Valley return game out of the endzone. The Revs "D" is led by Coordinator Moe Cooper. Lehigh found it difficult to move the ball. Although a loss Lehigh advances to the playoffs again this year and is currently at 5-5.
The Revs final home game is June 7th at Mennen Arena as the Revs will take Trendmotors field to take on the Chesapeake Tide. Tickets are only $10! and are available online at www.njrevs.com or at the box office on game day. Kickoff is 7:30pm Doors open 6:00pm. NJ Revs Arena Football its more then a game it's a party!
