NISL Announces Schedule Change to Rockford Home Game

December 30, 2008 - The National Indoor Soccer League (NISL) announced that the Philadelphia KiXX-Rockford Rampage contest originally scheduled for Sunday, February 1 has been postponed and will now be played on Sunday, February 22. Game-time at the MetroCentre is slated for 6:05 pm ET.

With the change, the contest will be the second game of a home-and-home series that begins in Philadelphia on Saturday, February 21. Kick-off at the historic Wachovia Spectrum is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET.

The NISL rings in the New Year with the undefeated Baltimore Blast (4-0) heading north to battle the Massachusetts Twisters (1-4) on Saturday, January 3. Game-time at the Eastern States Coliseum is set for 7:35 pm ET and can be heard live via webcast at www.wcbm.com.

About the National Indoor Soccer League The National Indoor Soccer League was launched in September of 2008 and consists of five founding members; the Baltimore Blast, La RaZa de Monterrey, Philadelphia KiXX, Rockford Rampage and the Massachusetts Twisters. The NISL has formed a working relationship with the United Soccer Leagues (USL) and will become a member of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).

The NISL kicked off its inaugural season on November 15th and will continue through March with the playoffs taking place the first two weeks of April.
