Wichita Falls Wildcats News Release
The NHL Central Scouting Agency was in attendance at the Minnesota Showcase Tournament and expressed interest in some of the Wildcats players. Andrew Conboy, Dan Decato, and Adam Cardwell were all evaluated by the scouts during the tournament. The scouting agency was at the tournament looking at players with '87 birthdays who will be eligible for the NHL draft in June. The three players' height and weight were recorded and they will be listed in the NHL Central Scouting Agency Database.
"This is great for our guys to get the early recognition," said Wildcats Head Coach Brian Meisner. "I think it has a lot to do with the success of our entire team."
