NHL Central Scouting Unveils Initial Rankings

November 17, 2011 - Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) News Release

BOUCHERVILLE, Thursday, November 17, 2011 - NHL Central Scouting today published its preliminary list of players for next June's draft 2012. Topping the list among the QMJHL contingent is rookie Mikhail Grigorenko of the Quebec Remparts. In 16 games this season, Grigorenko (6-foot-3 1/4, 200 pounds) has registered 16 goals and 34 points.

Grigorenko is followed on the list by right-wing Martin Frk of the Halifax Mooseheads. Although Frk has yet to lace his skates this season, he enjoyed a very successful 2010-11 campaign with 50 points, including 22 goals. RaphaÃ«l BussiÃ¨res, a forward with the Baie-Comeau Drakkar, is third.
