The regular season is quickly coming to a close as we jump into August, the final month of the season! That means that you have limited opportunities left to visit Fabacher Field for your Acadiana Cane Cutters Baseball experience before you have to wait until next year to enjoy the quality summer fun! The Cane Cutters have a grand total of 6 home games remaining on their regular season schedule, 4 of which are this week! So come out while you still can to watch your Cane Cutters make a push for the 2013 Texas Collegiate League Playoffs!

Buffalo Wild Wings Meal Night | Wednesday, July 31st | Post Game
On Wednesday, July 31st, the Cane Cutters will participate in their 4th, and final, Buffalo Wild Wings Meal Night of the season! This is your last chance to come and enjoy great food, sports on the big screens, and good times with Cane Cutters players and staff following the game against the Victoria Generals! The entire Cane Cutters team will meet at the Buffalo Wild Wings located on Ambassador Caffrey Pkwy immediately following Wednesday night's game!
Powerade Player of the Week | July 23 - July 28
This week's Powerade Player of the Week was starting pitcher Justin Sinibaldi. Sinibaldi picked up his 3rd win of the season Wednesday night against the visiting Victoria Generals, going 7 strong innings and giving up just 1 run on 6 hits while striking out 4 batters. It is Sinibaldi's 2nd Powerade Player of the Week selection for the Cane Cutters as he continues to dominate the games he pitches in.
Acadiana Superheroes Night | Friday, August 2nd | Fabacher Field | 7:00 pm
On Friday, August 2nd, Fabacher Field will host Acadiana Superheroes Night courtesy of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center during Acadiana's game against the Brazos Valley Bombers. Friday night's festivities will take place in makeup for Saturday's rainout against the Woodlands Strykers. We have gotten our hands on Cane Cutters t-shirt jerseys from Sir Speedy to be given out to the first 50 fans through the gate at Fabacher Field! Come support our true heroes by honoring all area emergency responders, including police, firefighters, EMTs, and more! Cane Cutters Jersey Auction | August 6th, 2013 | Fabacher Field
The Cane Cutters will hold a silent auction at Fabacher Field for fans looking to get their hands on the team's red Friday night jerseys. The auction will take place thanks to C&G Boats, our 2013 Friday Night Fireworks sponsor, during our August 6 home game against the East Texas Pump Jacks.
