New York Power Single-Game Tickets Now on Sale

New York, NY - New York Power single-game tickets to all 10 New York Power home games at Mitchel Athletic Complex go on sale Monday, February 24, at 9 a.m.

To purchase tickets, fans can visit the Ticketmaster box office at the Nassau Coliseum or log on to Ticketmaster.com, as well as calling local agents at 212-307-7171, and in Long Island at 631-888-9000. Single-game tickets are priced at $25, $20, $17, and $10 in selected seating areas. Further information on Group, Season, Mini-Plans and 10-Ticket Voucher Packs, dubbed the "Power Pack" ticket options, fans can log onto www.nypower.com - Groups of 12 or more can also contact the Power ticket offices at 1-866-POWR-TIX (1-866-769-7849).

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to assure priority seating. The Power will host their home opening game of the 2003 season on Saturday, April 19 against the San Diego Spirit at 4 p.m. The teams will face each other for the first time since their historic trade, the largest in WUSA history, which brought Shannon Boxx and Carly Smolak to the Power as well as the Draft selection of Christie Welsh. Season, mini-plan and group tickets are also on sale and can be purchased by calling the Power ticket office at 1-866-POWR-TIX (1-866-769-7849).

The New York Power is one of eight professional women's soccer teams that make up the Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA), the world's premier women's soccer league. 2003 New York Power tickets remain the same price as last season ($25, $20, $17) and the addition of a $10 ticket with the use of a 10-ticket voucher "Power Pack".
