New Titles for Express Veteran's

Round Rock, TX – With the expansion of Ryan-Sanders Baseball to include teams in Round Rock and Corpus Christi in 2005, longtime baseball executives Jay Miller and Dave Fendrick will receive new titles effective immediately. Jay Miller will become the President of the Round Rock Express and COO of Ryan-Sanders Baseball while Dave Fendrick will become the Vice President and General Manager of the Round Rock Express.

Jay Miller has been with the Round Rock Express since September of 1998 serving as Vice President and General Manager. He just completed his 23rd season in professional baseball and has been named "Executive of the Year" several times.

Dave Fendrick just completed his 25th year in professional baseball and has been with the Round Rock Express since 1999. Dave has served as Assistant General Manager focusing on Sales and Marketing.

"Jay Miller and Dave Fendrick have been vital to the success of the Round Rock Express. The professionalism and experience that they bring to our organization is invaluable. We will continue to count on both of them to help lead Ryan-Sanders Baseball as we grow to two teams in 2005", said CEO Reid Ryan.

Reid Ryan is the CEO of Ryan-Sanders Baseball and his brother Reese Ryan serves as CFO of Ryan-Sanders Baseball. Ryan-Sanders Baseball owns both the Round Rock Express and the Corpus Christi Hooks baseball teams.

In 2005, the Corpus Christi Hooks will begin play in the Double-A Texas League and the Round Rock Express will join the Triple-A Pacific Coast League. Both teams will be affiliated with the Houston Astros. The Hooks home opener is set for April 17th against the Midland Rockhounds and the Express are set to open at home on April 7th against the Omaha Royals.
