Season tickets for the New Orleans VooDoo will go on sale starting Friday, October 1. Following an inaugural season which saw the VooDoo finish tied for the top record in the Arena Football League at 11-5, capturing the Southern Division title, demand for tickets are expected to be brisk. The New Orleans VooDoo finished third in attendance in the Arena Football League, with an average of 15,240 per game.
"We expect a strong demand for season tickets for the upcoming season," said VooDoo Executive Director Mike Feder. "The fans at the New Orleans Arena played an important role in us finishing with a 7-1 record at home. As always, our goal is to create exciting entertainment at an affordable price."
Eight-game season ticket packages will start at $96 for upper level
seats and $172 for lower level seats with an additional discount
available to New Orleans Saints season ticket holders. The VooDoo season
will begin the weekend of January 28th. The Saints ticket office will be
taking orders at the New Orleans Saints ticket offices at 5800 Airline
Drive in Metairie and at the Louisiana Superdome, by calling the ticket
office at (504) 731-1700, or by logging on at www.GoVooDoo.com
