New England Revolution Academy Highlights: September 21, 2023

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - All five New England Revolution Academy teams were in action last weekend to take on Boston Bolts and Valeo FC, earning a 4-1-2 record across all age groups.

The U-19s continued their winning ways, earning a 2-1 victory over the Boston Bolts on Saturday. Forward Bryce Flowers (2005 - Sharon, Mass.) tallied his fifth goal in three appearances in the 94th minute for the game-winner. The U-17s earned a 1-1 tie vs. the Bolts with Bryan Norena (2008 - Revere, Mass.) scoring in the seventh minute to secure a point for his team. The U-15s fell in their match to the Bolts, 2-0.

The U-14s earned a 1-1 draw of their own on Saturday with Logan Azar (2010 - Hudson, Mass.) tallying in the ninth minute off an assist from Frankie Caruso (2010 - Newton, Mass.). The squad went on to earn a 2-0 shutout win over Valeo on Sunday with goals coming from Brandon Velez (2010 - Concord, Mass.) and Shayne Dos Santos (2011 - Arlington, Mass.). Goalkeeper Mason Yang (2010 - Windsor, Conn.) earned the start in the clean sheet win.

The U-13s tallied 10 goals in two games over the weekend, securing a 4-0 win over the Bolts on Saturday and a 6-0 victory over Valeo on Sunday. Goalkeeper Charles Wallace (2010 - Burlington, VT.) earned the starts in both matches while Rickelme De Almedia (2011 - Easton, Mass.) and Landon Ho Sang (2011 - Ludlow, Mass.) each tallied two goals over the weekend.
