
New Deals Help Fans Save On Food At The PArk

MARION, Ill. - In a difficult economic climate, the Southern Illinois Miners are helping fans save on dinner this summer by unveiling a pair of great new deals on concessions.
The first thirty minutes after the gates open will be Miners Half-Price Half Hour. Every fan in attendance can take advantage of the 50 percent discount on 24 ounce sodas, hot dogs, pizza slices, chips, jumbo soft pretzels, nachos and popcorn tubs. The offer is good from 6 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 4 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Sundays.
Also on Sundays Miners fans can enjoy the game and feed a family of four for only $44. The Family Four Pack includes four tickets, four hot dogs, four bottomless souvenir sodas and a bottomless family popcorn tub.
"It's always been our goal to provide the people of Southern Illinois with the best option for affordable family fun," Miners General Manager Tim Arseneau said. "With the new concession and ticket promotions, fans can enjoy an affordable night at the ballpark without breaking the bank."
