New Addition to Pioneers Front Office

Wilkes-Barre, PA- The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers are pleased to announce the addition of John Sunshine to their front office staff. He will be assuming the responsibilities of Director of Media and Community Relations.
"We are excited to have John on board with us this season," says Dave Berryman, President/GM of the Pioneers. "He will continue to keep the great relationship going between our organization and the community."
Sunshine graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Recreation and Leisure Services Management in 2003.
In the spring of 2003, Sunshine performed an internship with Camelback Ski Area in Tannersville, PA in the Marketing Department. There he was responsible for group sales, organizational literature, public relations, web site maintenance and multi-media creation.
Since graduation, John has been the Assistant Manager for several retail stores in the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville. He has worked for companies such as Phillips-Van Heusen and Vanity Fair.
"I'm very excited to be part of the Pioneers organization," says Sunshine. "I'm looking forward to working with the media and this great community!"
