PENTHOUSE PLEASE: With Monday's win over Asheville, the Roanoke Dazzle moved into sole possession of first place for the first time since November 29. Coach Kent Davison's team is one-half game ahead of the Columbus Riverdragons, who have been in the top spot for the majority of the season.

MATT AND CORY: With James Thomas taking a night off, Matt Carroll and Cory Alexander took up the Dazzle slack by scoring 24 points each and combining to connect on 17-of-31 field goal attempts.

K.O. GOES B.I.G.: Kevin Owens picked up Thomas' rebounding slack with 13 boards for the Dazzle.

GATORADE CALL-UP POLL: Click on NBDL.com to vote on which GATORADE Call-Up will have the longest NBA career. Toronto's Rafer Alston has the current lead with 57-percent of the votes, followed by Bobby Simmons of the Clippers at 23-percent.

GATORADE REFRESHER COURSE: There have been 44 GATORADE Call-Ups since the NBA's Development League began play in November 2001. Five of those NBDL-to-NBA player callups have come this season. For good measure, remember that there have also been nine coaches, 11 officials and five athletic trainers to earn the promotion.
