WHO'S HOT: The Columbus Riverdragons rebounded to win three consecutive games on the road at Florida after dropping seven of eight in late January. The Huntsville Flight has also won three straight.
WHO'S NOT: The Florida Flame has lost four straight games and five of the last seven. The Asheville Altitude has lost three in a row and four of the last five. The Flame and the Altitude meet Monday at the Asheville Civic Center.
LIGHT WEEK: The NBDL schedule is a little on the light side next week, with just six games being played. Three of those will be played Monday, while there is just one game on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The entire league will take next weekend off.
TOP SATURDAY PERFORMANCES
· Fayetteville G David Young converted 10-of-13 FGA and scored 26
points vs. Roanoke.
· Columbus F LeRoy Hurd hit 10-of-16 FGA and scored 26 points at
Florida.
· Florida F Kirk Haston scored 18 and grabbed 14 rebounds in a loss to
Columbus.
· Florida C Hiram Fuller had 15 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks
against Columbus.
DOUBLE VISION: Despite a 7-21 record, the Florida Flame has two of the top three double-double men in the NBDL. Hiram Fuller posted his league-leading 14th and Kirk Haston his 10th on Saturday. Roanoke's James Thomas also has 10.
