January 24, 2005 - NBA G League (G League) News Release

REMATCH: Florida has the opportunity to notch its first win of the season against the Fayetteville Patriots tonight at Germain Arena. Fayetteville won last night's game to run its record to 3-0 over the Flame this season.

SKUNKED: Up to this point in the season Columbus, Asheville, Fayetteville and Roanoke have all "skunked" at least one opponent in the season series. Columbus is 5-0 against Fayetteville and 2-0 against Roanoke, while Asheville is 4-0 against Florida. Roanoke has not lost in four meetings against Fayetteville and, as previously mentioned, the Patriots are 3-0 against the Flame.

LET'S PLAY SOME MORE: Including its last two games, the Asheville Altitude leads the NBDL in overtime games this season with four. The Altitude is 3-1 in games with extra periods. Conversely, the Roanoke Dazzle has yet to play an overtime game this season.

· Fayetteville's Ernest Brown scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
· Fayetteville's David Young scored 23 points in the Patriots' win at Florida.
· Hiram Fuller scored 20 and collected 11 rebounds in the Flame's loss.
· Kirk Haston had 15 points and 15 boards for the Flame.

DOUBLE DOSE OF FULLER: With 20 points and 11 rebounds on Sunday, Florida post man Hiram Fuller has now recorded six consecutive double-doubles and has nine for the season to lead active NBDL players.
