KING AND HIS COURT: Huntsville guard Bernard King brings one of the league's hottest hands to Florida tonight. Over the last three games, the second-year pro from Texas A&M ('03) is averaging 18.7 points and has connected on 19-of-34 field goal attempts (.559) and 15-of-16 free throw tries (.938)

NOT DOUBTING THOMAS: NBDL opponents don't doubt the talents of Roanoke glass eater James Thomas. Going into tonight's game at Asheville, the rookie from Texas ('04) has posted a league-leading eight double-doubles and leads NBDL rebounding with 14.5 per game.

FIRST TRIP: Huntsville is making its first trip to Florida tonight with the first of a three-game series at Germain Arena. The Flight and Flame have played twice this season in Huntsville, with the Flight winning both games. Florida has not won at Germain since its home opener on November 21.

INCHING CLOSER: The Columbus Riverdragons inched closer to the NBDL record for consecutive wins with a 94-82 victory over Fayetteville on Thursday. The Dragons have won 11 straight. The NBDL record is 15 set by the Greenville Groove in 2001-02.

FORGET THE BRADY BUNCH: Florida Flame guard Carl English has seven brothers and a sister. The English clan grew up in Patrick's Cove, Newfoundland, population 36.
