SAN ANTONIO SPURS REASSIGN JAMES ANDERSON TO NBA D-LEAGUE AFFILIATE AUSTIN TOROS
San Antonio Spurs guard James Anderson was reassigned to the Austin Toros, the Spurs' NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment marks the 39th time in the 2010-11 season an NBA player has been assigned to an NBA D-League affiliate, and it is the second assignment for Anderson, a rookie out of Oklahoma State. Anderson (6-6, 215) was first assigned on Jan. 26. He played two games with the Toros, averaging 14.5 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14.0 minutes. Anderson has appeared in nine games this season for the Spurs, averaging 5.2 points and 1.1 assists in 13.0 minutes.
HOUSTON ROCKETS RECALL SMITH FROM RIO GRANDE VALLEY
The Houston Rockets recalled guard Ishmael Smith from Houston's single-affiliation NBA D-League partner Rio Grande Valley. Smith (6-0, 175, Wake Forest) has averaged 12.5 points, 7.9 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.50 steals over eight games (five starts) in two stints with the Vipers this season. With Houston, the undrafted rookie free agent has averaged 2.8 points and 2.2 assists in 26 games (three starts).
SIXERS RECALL CRAIG BRACKINS FROM NBA D-LEAGUE
The Philadelphia 76ers recalled rookie forward Craig Brackins from their NBA Development League affiliate, the Springfield Armor. In two stints with Springfield, Brackins averaged 19.9 points, 9.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.00 blocks in 37.2 minutes over 14 games. Over his final three games with the Armor, Brackins averaged 24.7 points and 11.3 rebounds.
Celtics RECALL Bradley
The Boston Celtics recalled guard Avery Bradley from the Maine Red Claws of the NBA D-League. Bradley, a 6-2 guard, averaged 17.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 3.0 steals in nine games with the Red Claws. Bradley tied a D-League record with nine steals against Tulsa on January 30.

Jerel McNeal had 26 points and seven assists, while Richard Roby added 22 points and 11 rebounds, leading Rio Grande Valley past Utah. Tony Gaffney led the Flash with 23 points and nine rebounds. Jeff Adrien had 18 points and 13 rebounds for the Vipers.

40 players with NBA D-League experience competed in eight NBA games last night, five as starters.
Cleveland's Ramon Sessions had 19 points and 13 assists in a loss to Dallas.
Charlotte's Shaun Livingston had 18 points, four rebounds and three assists in a win over Boston.
Minnesota's Jonny Flynn had 13 points and six assists in a win over the Hornets.
Golden State's Reggie Williams scored 19 points in a loss to the Suns.
