BULLS SIGN RICHARD FOR REMAINDER OF THE SEASON
The Chicago Bulls signed center/forward Chris Richard of the Tulsa 66ers making him the 18th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA D-League season. In 12 games (all starts) with Tulsa, he averaged 8.9 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 1.17 spg, 1.0 apg and 29.1 mpg. The 6-9, 256 pound forward re-joins the Bulls following a GATORADE Call-Up on Feb. 5. This season with Chicago, Richard averaged 2.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 14.4 minutes in five games.
VIPERS BREAK LEAGUE RECORD FOR GATORADE CALL-UPS AS TEMPLE JOINS SACRAMENTO
The Sacramento Kings signed rookie Garrett Temple of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers to a 10-day contract, making him the 19th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA D-League season. Temple is the ninth GATORADE Call-Up in Vipers' franchise history, and the league-record breaking seventh this season. Temple has started all 30 games in which he has appeared for the Vipers this season, averaging 14.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 34.9 minutes. He returns to the NBA following a GATORADE Call-Up to the Houston Rockets on Feb. 8. During two 10-day contracts with the Rockets, Temple appeared in nine games, averaging 5.0 points, 1.6 rebounds and 13.1 minutes. He scored an NBA career-high 11 points on two occasions.
IOWA'S OTHYUS JEFFERS SIGNS WITH UTAH JAZZ
The Utah Jazz today signed Othyus Jeffers of the Iowa Energy to a 10-day contract, pending the outcome of a physical. He will be the 20th GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA D-League season and the second by the Jazz, joining 79 current NBA players with NBA D-League experience. Jeffers, a 6-5 guard/forward out of Chicago's Robert Morris, appeared in 22 games, 16 starts, for the Energy this season, averaging 14.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.8 steals. He scored in double-figures in 18 games, registering four double-doubles.
DAKOTA WIZARDS RE-AQUIRE MARCUS DOVE
The Dakota Wizards have re-acquired forward Marcus Dove, who was waived due to injury on February 17th after suffering a pulled hamstring. In 28 games with the Wizards earlier this season, the 6'8 forward out of Oklahoma State averaged 8.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.

Keith McLeod had a career game for Albuquerque, scoring 44 points, shooting14-15 from the free throw line and adding three assists and three steals for the T-Birds. McLeod's 44 points is the most in a single game by any player in the NBA Development League this season. Antoine Agudio added 13 points and Sasha Cuic notched 11 for Albuquerque Memphis assignee Lester Hudson led the way for Dakota with 24 points and Romel Beck added 23 in the win for the Wizards.
Sioux Falls' Jared Newson and Alexander Johnson tied a game-high 31 points apiece, also adding nine rebounds each. Justin Bowen notched a double-double for the Skyforce with 22 points and 13 rebounds...Justin Hawkins lead Springfield with 25 points.
Utah was led by Gabe Pruitt's game-high 23 points. Carlos Wheeler added 22 off the bench and Orien Greene notched 17 for the Flash. Idaho was led by Mildon Ambres with a 23-point, 10-rebound double-double, while Andre Barrett finished with 20 points and eight assists.
ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS: A look at NBA D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games:
35 players with NBA D-League experience competed in 11 NBA games last night, 11 as starters.
Starting for Philadelphia, Lou Williams scored a game-high 30 points.
In his first NBA start, Bill Walker scored 22 points as the Knicks defeated the Pistons 128-104.
Ersan Ilyasova came off the bench for Milwaukee, notching a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds to go with six assists.
