
Navigators Sign Five Players

North Shore Navigators News Release
Lynn, MA - The Navigators are pleased to announce the signings of five new players. Nolan Fisher, Brady Wright, and Alex Burridge are coming to Fraser Field via Southeast Missouri State University. Omar Cuevas and Stanley Susana are joining the club from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
Nolan Fisher, from Wentzville, MO, had a .313 batting average in 31 games last season for the Redhawks. He made appearances at third base, designated hitter and right field. Fisher posted a slugging percentage of .422 and was a perfect 4-4 on stolen bases.
Brady Wright, from Jonesboro, IL, is entering his sophomore year at Southeast Missouri State. So far this season he has pitched one scoreless inning for the Redhawks. Last season he pitched for Rend Lake Community College and had an 0.90 ERA with 12 saves.
Alex Burridge, from Queen Creek, AZ, is entering his junior year. He started 31 games at catcher last year for the Redhawks and played in 39 games total.
Omar Cuevas, from Queens, NY, is a junior at St. Thomas Aquinas College where he recently transferred from Monroe College. Last season for the Mustangs, he hit .376 with 36 runs scored and 27 RBIs.
Stanley Susana, from the Dominican Republic. is a junior infielder for the Spartans. This season, he his 5th on the team in batting average at .286. He has started every game for St. Thomas Aquinas so far this season.
The Navigators home schedule starts on Saturday, June 7th when the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs come to town. Season tickets, group tickets and individual tickets can be purchased now by calling (781) 595-9400.
