Lynn, Mass. - The North Shore Navigators, member of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League, will hold a free cap giveaway this Saturday, June 23 at Fraser Field. The Navigators will be playing the Seacoast Mavericks with first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m.
The Navigators would like to show their appreciation to fans coming out to show their Navigator spirit. To do this, the first 1,000 fans to enter Saturday night will receive a white and blue mesh North Shore Navigators cap.
Along with this promotion there will also be plenty more. The Navigators will have bounce houses, speed pitch, raffles, in-between inning entertainment and plenty of surprise giveaways throughout the night.
"We're looking to give back to the fans any way we can," general manager Bill Terlecky said. "So just for coming out Saturday night and showing some Navigator pride we're giving out 1,000 free caps."
Tickets for Saturday night can be purchased at the gate, on the Navigators' website (www.nsnavs.com), at the box office (365 Western Ave. Lynn, Mass.) and by phone (781-593-9400).
