
Nationals Announce Front Office Changes

WOODBRIDGE, VA (www.potomacnationals.com) - The Potomac Nationals get set for the 2006 season with a new face at the top and many familiar faces to support.
The Nationals welcome new General Manager Bobby Holland. Holland replaces Jay Richardson who resigned following the 2005 season. Holland, who spent the 2000 season as the Director of Ticket Operations for the then-Potomac Cannons, comes to the Nationals from Clear Channel Entertainment where he was the Director of Marketing for The Cellar Door Companies at the Nissan Pavilion.
"I am excited to get back into the business of Minor League baseball and I can assure the fans that we will work tirelessly to put together a first class fan experience here in Potomac this year,"
said Holland. "The Nationals are a first class organization and we are anticipating an outstanding season in 2006."
Holland, an Old Dominion University graduate, previously worked for the Richmond Braves (AAA-International League) in 1999 and again from 2001 to 2004 where he handled ticketing and sponsorship sales responsibilities.
Other changes on the staff include Jason Choi who was promoted to Assistant General Manager/Business Operations. Choi was the Business Manager last season, his first with the Nationals.
Eric Enders has been promoted to Assistant General Manager/Stadium Operations. Enders has spent the last two seasons as the Director of Stadium Operations.
Director of Ticket Opearations Brian Keller has rejoined the Nationals staff for the 2006 season. He spent the 2005 season at RFK Stadium with the Washington Nationals after spending the 2004 season with the P-Nats in the same capacity.
Colin Smith, who spent his first year with the Nationals as the Assistant Director of Stadium Operations in 2005, has been promoted to Promotions Coordinator.
Another returnee to the Nationals family is Jarrod Wronski who is the new Media & Public Relations Coordinator. Wronski handled the public address and music duties for the then-Cannons in 2004 and will also serve those same roles this season.
Coming back for his third year with the team is Brian Beck, the Director of Group Sales while Maureen Connolly is back for her second season as the Director of Community Relations. Andrew Bashuk, who spent last season working for the Portland Beavers (AAA-Pacific Coast League), has joined the P-Nats as Ticket Manager for the 2006 season.
