Nashville SC News Release
Nashville SC and the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) will be working hand-in-hand to benefit "Streets 2 the Stadium," an inner-city soccer outreach initiative, with the "Streets 2 the Stadium" Golf Fundraiser at Old Hickory Country Club on Monday, Oct. 8.
"Streets 2 The Stadium" is a TSSA state-wide program borne out of a partnership with Nashville SC, dubbed "IMPACT." IMPACT works to give underprivileged children in Middle Tennessee the opportunity to play soccer and teach them the rules and fundamentals of the game. This season, Nashville SC and TSSA have put on three IMPACT events with plans for several more.
Individuals or teams wishing to register for the tournament can mail the form found here and payment via a check to the TSSA at 2630 Elm Hill Pike, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37214. Any questions can be directed to dgreene@tnsoccer.org.
Check in beings at 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start scheduled for 9 a.m. Options for competing include $150 per individual or $600 for a foursome. The event can also be supported through a number of sponsorship options, varying from $150 to $2000.
