NASHVILLE - In its first home game since the Waffle House tragedy, Nashville SC will honor the victims of the shooting by wearing Project 615's "Spread Love" shirts during its pregame warmups.

Created after the shooting, the "Spread Love" shirts made by Project 615 not only share a message of love in a time of heartbreak, but 100% of the profits from the shirts will benefit those impacted by the tragedy.

"We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Project 615 to show our support for the Nashville community," said VP of marketing and communication James Cannon. "To be able to do our part in the wake of such a tragedy is a privilege for all of us at Nashville SC."

"We wanted to spread as much love and bring as much light as we could into such a dark moment for our city, with heavy hearts, we created this tee in hopes that in some small way we could bring some relief to the victims who were impacted," said Project 615 operations coordinator April Kirby. "One of our very favorite parts of this city is how we all come together - in the good, the bad, and the in between. We have been blown away by the generosity of Nashville (and beyond), because of that generosity we have been able to raise over $40,000 and counting to support the immediate and long-term needs of the shooting victims and their families."

To purchase a "Spread Love" tee shirt, visit Project615.org. Donations to the victims and their families can also be made via a GoFundMe started by James Shaw Jr.
